These terms apply to orders placed on NGL Wholesale, operated by Next Gen Logistics LLC (“NGL”, “we”).
Accounts
Accounts are for licensed clinics and practitioners. We may ask for proof of licence and NPI and may decline or close an account at our discretion. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and your licence details current.
Orders and pricing
Prices shown to your account are your clinic prices in US dollars. An order is accepted when we confirm it and payment is received. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable or if the account no longer meets our requirements; any payment for a cancelled order is refunded.
Professional use
Products are supplied for use under the direction of a licensed practitioner, in line with the laws of your state. Items marked Research Use Only are not for human or animal use.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
