Orders ship overnight to your practice address. Overnight shipping is $50 per order. Temperature-sensitive items are packed to keep them in range. Because these are medical and research products, we cannot accept returns of opened or shipped items. If an item arrives damaged or wrong, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will replace or refund it.
